A low cost barrier for restricting access to entrances, which incorporates 2 tubular, posts complete with a 7 metre length of chain.  The chain can be stored in on of the posts when not in use.  Only by releasing the cap which is locked by a padlock (not supplied) can the chain be pulled out to restrict access.  Once the chain is pulled out to the desired length by locking the post cap into position over a chain link, the length is fixed and cannot be adjusted by anyone but the key holder.  (Padlock can be supplied at extra cost).
