As the name implies this is to control traffic and encourage one way flow.  The robust all steel construction is simple in operation as it is entirely vehicle activated and working on a simple pivot which is self returning.

FINISH : Zinc Phosphate Pre-Treated followed by a final coat of Yellow Gloss.

RECOMMENDATIONS:-

Collapsible plates provide an effective barrier when complying with the following:-

1.    Raise the road surface to restrict approach speed of cars (see our speed ramp).
2.    Exclude heavy vehicles from operating the plates.
3.    Avoid siting plates on a convex slope.
4.    Avoid layouts encouraging cars to approach plates more than 15 degrees out of line.
5.    Provide good general illumination.

MAXIMUM LOAD : 40 Tonnes.

Use of flow plates without the installation of speed ramps will result in all guarantees and indemnities becoming void.
